125 – Existing Member on-Boarding

All new registrations and membership payments have been done online, however existing members need to be on-boarded on the system.
These members are grouped into two categories:
1) Paid up – these members have paid their membership for 2023 via EFT or cash, so when on-boarding they must not be charged.
2) Debit Orders – these members need to pay the monthly membership on the system going forward. The 3 month security deposit must be waived for these members

None of these members must be charged a joining fee.
